ISO31000 Integrating Risk Management
Alex Sidorenko, known for his risk management blog http://www.riskacademy.blog, has created a 25-step program to integrate risk management into decision making, core business processes and the overall culture of the organization.
Facilitation is of course some part to have mud under nails, that should always be coaching of organisation at the same time. Sometimes feel like ‘criminal investigator’ (without crime) to find and bust the silos and siloed agendas. Journalist to bring the message well for the different layers of organisation. Share can’t say, nice mix – what you propably may control according the need.
What about outsourcing the risk analysis to the risk managers and making them responsible for the calculations? I feel just facilitation and culture is not going to cut it
