Dr. Chesnutt is the CEO of A & N Technical Services, Inc. and holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Policy Analysis from the RAND Graduate School, an M.S. in Technology and Science Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Economics from Kenyon College.
He is a member of the International Water Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Statistical Association, and the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS).
