REPLAY: A CEOs Perspective of Risk Management #riskawarenessweek2019

A CEOs Perspective of Risk Management. My journey from risk manager to CEO involved a lot of learning. Not least of all, what is important to the C-Suite and shareholders; and what isn’t. As risk managers we spend a lot of our time on risk frameworks, assessments, tools, and the like. A clever risk treatment plan is a beautiful thing. But as Julian Talbot has discovered as CEO of a $30 million company, even he, a professional risk manager for many years, didn’t care about most of that. So what do CEOs really care about?

Tune in to find out.

You don’t want to miss this workshop! Not only that, it is a must watch for everyone in your company’s finance, strategy and performance management teams.
