We examine different psychological processes and biases that influence how we, as humans, generally access risk, how context matters, and how cognitive biases play a role in our risk-taking activities.

Kurt has worked with organizations for over 25 years providing insight into how companies can understand human behavior and engagement to improve their performance. He is the Founder and Senior Behavioral Scientist at The Lantern Group as well as co-founder of the award-winning behavioral science podcast, Behavioral Grooves. Kurt has a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and an MBA in Marketing.
