    you have said a fantastic way out but still find it difficult for some others within the company or an organization who still see you as forced leader to them and not willing or ready to take such option . what can one do in such scenario after all training coaching on the important of risk to the company .

      It usually helps to take some routine work away from people, for example risk management can do the scenarios analysis or the sensitivity analysis for the finance team or the risk manager can help draft the risk analysis on the new investment for the investment team or risk managers can help head of production calculate estimates or forecasts
